Ashland Community and Technical College, located in Eastern Kentucky, invites application for a Chemistry Instructor. The college currently services three locations and a student population of approximately 4500. This position has an anticipated beginning date of January 1, 2015. Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Chemistry. Preference will be given to candidates with an advanced degree, post-secondary teaching experience, persons with online teaching experience, and/or who are qualified to teach in more than one area of science. Duties include classroom instruction and laboratory preparation and supervision. Assignment may include teaching on any of the college campuses and evening classes. This is a ten month contract position. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
