POSITION SUMMARY
This individual works under the direct supervision of the R.N. and the physician group. The position is accountable to the registered nurse, Compliance and Education Manager, Site Manager and the practice administrator, physician group, medical director, and the patients and families. This position will perform the primary functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating, the care of all patients that is assigned to his/her care. Utilizes initiative and strives to maintain a steady level of productivity. Care given to his/her patients reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectation. This position requires that all nursing competencies required by OLBH be completed within the required time frame.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Active/Unrestricted LPN Licensure in the state of Kentucky & Ohio required.
2. 2-4 Years of Physician''s Office Experience preferred.
